This was my first time staying at a true Bed and Breakfast, and I am so pleased with this experience! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were cleaned perfectly, and the amenities were fantastic! The hot tub wasn't working, which was a bummer, but that didn't take away from the experience one bit. Karen and Sharon were incredible, so sweet and helpful. The location is incredible too, perfect if you want to spend a few days around Lancaster. The interior of the Victorian Manor is picturesque, and the breakfast in the morning is SO good (try the pizza omelette!)There's also a dog and a goat that you can pet if you need a little pick-me-up. Overall, 100 percent recommended this place, and I'll definitely be coming back!

This was our second time staying here and this time we had the pleasure of meeting both the owner and the manager during breakfast! It's owned by a fireman and father of 3 and the manager's name is Karen. The rooms are very clean and romantic! The breakfast that Karen fixes is made to order and delicious! We'll definitely be back every chance we get!

I have enjoyed several stays at Greystone Manor Victorian Inn Bed & Breakfast. It’s within driving distance of downtown Lancaster as well as great local attractions. I always enjoy the beautiful grounds and lovely rooms. My favorite part is the delicious breakfast made to order and the friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend more.

I spent the night in room 2 with my husband recently. It is a lovely spacious room with a comfortable (but very squeaky) king bed. The mini electric fireplaces created nice ambience, it was nice to have since the room was chilly. There is a small living room area with a loveseat that pulls out into a single bed, also a nice TV and a small fridge. The Inn is cozy and has nice décor. Check in is easy, we didn't meet or see anyone, just went on up to our room. The location is great for all that Lancaster has to offer. We took a ride on the Strasburg Rail Road and it was fun! The dining room was nice, we liked having our own table. The food was great, made to order eggs, waffles and bacon. The free water bottles and birch beer any time and chips was a nice touch!

We reserved rooms 1-4 in the mansion to celebrate 40th anniversary for ourselves and three (3) other couples, all within a year of each other. We have visited the area several times in the past, but we had always "camped" in our motorhome. My wife had remembered driving by the inn in the past. We were not disappointed — all four (4) couples gave rave reviews of their unique rooms. The breakfast was wonderful — we had never had pizza omelets before!

A great romantic or family B&B. We have 2 couples stay in a very affordable, two bedroom suite, every stay. Friendly staff, cozy accommodations, and fresh cooked breakfast every morning. The goat and dog welcome you home every time you get out of your car.

Would not recommend this facility if you are familiar with staying at B&B's. There is no hospitality, conversation, welcoming people at this one. Greystone Manor is like a hotel. No personal touch to be had. The owner supposedly lives on the property but you won't see him. Self check in, self check out and a number on a piece of paper if you need something. Sounds very welcoming and hosts a lot of hospitality. Bought a weekend for my son as his anniversary gift. He was very disappointed. I called to talk to the owner. He was very "as a matter of fact". Never apologized for them not having a good experience. I quote the owner " am I suppose to be here 24 hours a day, what if I have to go to Lowes." Does this sound like a welcoming owner of a B&B? This is not a Bed and Breakfast, this is a hotel with an owner that has a poor attitude.

We enjoyed our time so much. Perfect bed and breakfast. Very comfortable. Lovely hot breakfast included. Very kind and friendly staff. Very close to attractions including sight and sound, shopping and smorgasbords!
